How long will my products take to arrive?

All products are individually handcrafted on the Gold Coast and are shipped between 1 - 2 business days with Australia Post. Tracking number available with all orders.

How often should I exfoliate?

For best results exfoliate 3-5 times per week, on a regular basis. Concentrate on areas that are more dry. When exfoliating wet your skin completely, scoop a small amount of scrub onto your hand, and move in circular motions. For best results leave on your skin for a few minutes before rinsing off. This will give your skin more time to absorb the oil. Out Of Africa body scrub is perfect for removing old fake tan. Remember not to exfoliate your skin just before applying tan. We recommend waiting at least 12 to 24hrs before application, due to the oil content in the scrub.

What should I know about my body butter?

Our body butters are individually handcrafted and are free from artificial ingredients and preservatives. We suggest keeping your body butter in a cool dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. This will ensure your butters texture will remain firm. However in warmer months please note the butter may soften slightly, and can simply be stored in the refrigerator or air conditioned room if desired.

As there is no preservatives, how long can I keep my scrub for?

Since our products are 100% natural and preservative free, we recommend that you open your scrub within 3 months from purchase date, and once opened use within 8 weeks. Please ensure lid is sealed tight after each use not allowing water to sit in the jar. Also store products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
